Where Commercial Space Week 2027 happens

SpaceCom is part of Commercial Space Week, with the conference running January 11 to 14, 2027 and the expo January 12 to 14. The expo is in West Building, Hall C, at the Orange County Convention Center, and the organizer lists some sessions at the Rosen Centre hotel. We take you from MCO to whichever door your day starts at.

What to know about space week

A short, afternoon-start expo day first

On Tuesday the hall opens at noon and stays open to 7 p.m., with a welcome reception in Hall C from 5:30 p.m. Morning arrivals can reach the hotel before the doors open.

Thursday ends with move-out

The expo closes at 3:45 p.m. Thursday and exhibitor move-out runs until 8 p.m. Crews with equipment need a vehicle that fits it.

Two sites for sessions

Most of the program is in the West Building. The Rosen Centre also appears on the schedule, so your day may split between two places on International Drive.

Your bags ride with you, door to door.

From MCO to Hall C

The Convention Center is about 13 miles from MCO, usually 25 to 35 minutes without traffic, and longer at rush hour or in high season. The organizer's materials describe 5,000 or more attendees from more than 80 countries, so expect international arrivals into MCO.

Tell us whether your first stop is the West Building or the Rosen Centre and we confirm the drop-off point before you travel. See our Convention Center guide and the Rosen Centre page for the entrances.
