How the MCO to Universal transfer works
You book with your flight and hotel. On the day, a private chauffeur takes you from the terminal to the hotel door, with no shared ride and no strangers.
Universal Orlando is on the north side of the tourist area, a short drive from the airport. Real travel time depends on the hour and the traffic, so if you land in the afternoon or on a busy weekend, allow some extra room.
The rate is fixed per vehicle. If four or five of you travel with bags, the cost is shared and it does not go up because one more child joins. We confirm it in writing before you book.
We answer by phone, text and WhatsApp in English or Spanish, before and during the trip. If your flight is delayed, message us on WhatsApp and we adjust the pickup.

International Drive
The longest and most varied area, with hotels, restaurants, the observation wheel and shops. There are hotels at the north and south ends, so the hotel name matters more than the street.
SeaWorld Orlando
South of International Drive. We quote this route on WhatsApp, and the answer is quick if you send the hotel and the date.
Orange County Convention Center
If you are in town for a trade show or convention, the chauffeur drops you at the right hotel or hall entrance. Handy when several colleagues land on different flights.

Tips for park days
On park days, the biggest time saver is knowing ahead of time where you are dropped off and picked up.
The Universal parks have drop-off and pickup areas for private cars near the parking garages and entrances, and the exact spot can change with construction or season. Ask us on WhatsApp which one is in use on your date.
Some Universal and International Drive hotels offer a free or paid shuttle to the parks. Schedules and stops change, so check with your hotel before you count on it. If you plan to visit another park one day, the transfer between Universal and Disney World has a flat rate, listed in the rates guide. For a night out, request the pickup with the park's closing time in mind, because everyone leaves at once.

Does my hotel have a shuttle to Universal?
It depends on the hotel. Some offer a shuttle to the parks and others do not, and schedules change by season. Ask the hotel directly and do not count on it until you have confirmation. If there is no shuttle, you can ask us for a one-off transfer.
