What Florida law says about child seats
Florida Statute 316.613 requires children age 5 and younger to ride in a crash-tested, federally approved child restraint. Through age 3, that is a separate carrier or the vehicle's integrated child seat. At ages 4 and 5, a carrier, integrated seat or booster seat is allowed.
Vehicles hired with a chauffeur for compensation are exempt from that section, but the parent or guardian is still responsible for the child's safety. We recommend a proper seat for every child, and we provide it free. This is general information, not legal advice. Read the statute.

How do I request a car seat?
Tell us your children's ages when you book, in the booking notes or by text or WhatsApp. We make sure the right seat for each child is in the SUV when your chauffeur arrives.
Which car seats do you provide?
Infant, convertible and booster seats, matched to each child's age and size. If your child is on the edge between two types, tell us their height and weight and we help you choose.
Can I bring my own car seat?
Yes. If your child uses a specific seat, bring it and tell us at booking so your chauffeur can help you secure it. Either way there is no charge.

Will the seat be ready when we land at MCO?
Yes, as long as you told us the ages when you booked. Add your flight number and we track it, so your chauffeur and the car seats are there at your real arrival time.
Is it cheaper than renting a car with a seat?
Compare the full cost, not just the daily rate. You pay one flat rate for the whole vehicle with a professional chauffeur, tolls and airport parking included, car seats at no charge, and no parking at the parks or resort. Ask us for a quote and see the total before you pay.
Do you need 24 hours notice for a ride with car seats?
We ask for 24 hours advance notice. We accept same-day reservations and pickups but cannot guarantee availability, so book early when you need seats.
