Where VMX 2027 happens
VMX 2027 runs January 16 to 20 at the Orange County Convention Center, and the organizer's help pages list the South Concourse. The expo hall opens Saturday afternoon, runs through Tuesday at 2 p.m., and Wednesday is education only. The schedule suits arrivals on Friday or Saturday and departures from Tuesday afternoon.
How VMX week moves
The expo opens on Saturday at 12:45
Saturday is a half day, so arrivals on Friday night or Saturday morning fit. The hall is open 12:45 p.m. to 5:30 p.m., then 9 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Sunday and Monday.
Tuesday closes at 2 p.m.
The hall closes early on Tuesday and exhibitor move-out follows from 2 p.m. to 10 p.m. Many people head for the airport that afternoon or evening.
Wednesday is sessions only
Education continues on January 20 with no expo hall, so the last flights out cluster on Tuesday night and Wednesday afternoon.

From MCO to the South Concourse
The Convention Center is about 13 miles from MCO, usually 25 to 35 minutes without traffic, and longer at rush hour or in high season. Practice teams travelling together can share a vehicle, and we plan pickups by group.

VMX week, day by day
Wednesday to Friday, January 13 to 15
Exhibitor move-in runs 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. each day, with the larger exhibitors first on Wednesday. Booth crews ride with their cases.
Saturday, January 16
Expo hall open 12:45 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. Morning arrivals have time to reach the hotel and check in.
Sunday and Monday, January 17 and 18
Expo hall open 9 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. both days. Book dinner runs for the team by the hour.
Tuesday and Wednesday, January 19 and 20
Hall closes at 2 p.m. Tuesday, move-out runs to 10 p.m., and Wednesday is education only. Book the airport ride for the day you finish.

What is your cancellation policy?
Cancel at least 12 hours before pickup for a full refund. Inside that window, a 50% refund applies.
