I/ITSEC 2026 is in the South Concourse of the Orange County Convention Center, 9899 International Drive. Exhibits open Tuesday at noon, run from 9:30 a.m. on Wednesday and Thursday, and close at 3 p.m. on Thursday, December 3. Registration is also in the South Concourse, and the organizer runs its own hotel shuttle on a published schedule.

Mixed arrivals, one plan
Military, government and industry teams land on different airlines at different hours. Send us each flight and we plan the pickups so one person coordinates the whole group.
Thursday closes early
Exhibits close at 3 p.m. on Thursday. The organizer's draft shuttle schedule shows no service to or from the Closing Banquet, with the last bus at 5:45 p.m., so plan the evening ride yourself.
No hunting for parking
If the South lot fills, the organizer sends overflow parking next to the Hilton with a shuttle to the concourses. Arriving by private car skips that step.

From MCO to the South Concourse
The Convention Center is about 13 miles from MCO, usually 25 to 35 minutes without traffic, and longer at rush hour or in high season. Your chauffeur meets you in baggage claim with a name sign, or at the arrivals curb if you tell us in the booking notes.
The South Concourse sits between the Hyatt and Hilton hotels and across the street from the Rosen Centre, so many attendees can walk from their rooms. The ride matters most for the airport, for dinners off site and for anyone staying elsewhere. Our Convention Center guide has the entrances.

Monday, November 30
Tutorials run during the day and exhibitor registration is open at the South Concourse.
Tuesday, December 1
Opening sessions run in the morning and the exhibit hall opens at noon.
Wednesday, December 2
Exhibits open at 9:30 a.m. and sessions and events run into the evening. Book dinner runs by the hour.
Thursday, December 3
Exhibits close at 3 p.m. and the agenda lists a hosted reception at 6 p.m. at the Hyatt Regency. Book the ride to MCO for after the last session.

Can you pick up a group arriving on different flights?
Yes. Give us each airline and flight number and we plan the pickups around real arrival times.
Is there an official shuttle?
The organizer lists an airport shuttle bus and a hotel shuttle that is still a draft schedule. A private car follows your own timing instead.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancel at least 12 hours before pickup for a full refund. Inside that window, a 50% refund applies.
