Where IAAPA Expo 2026 happens
IAAPA Expo 2026 uses the South and West buildings of the Orange County Convention Center. Education runs November 16 to 19 and the show floor is open November 17 to 20. Badge pickup is split between Room S220 on Level 2 of the South Building and the West A Lobby on Level 1 of the West Building, so tell us which side you need first and we take you to that door.
What makes IAAPA week different
Exhibitors arrive days early
Targeted exhibitor move-in starts Thursday, November 12, and general move-in runs from Saturday to Monday, November 16. Booths not occupied by 5 p.m. that Monday can be reassigned, so a late flight costs real money. We track yours.
Two badge pickup points
Registration is open in both the South and West buildings, with the longest hours on Monday, 7:30 a.m. to 7 p.m. People often land at one building and are due at the other.
Move-out runs into the next week
The floor closes at 4 p.m. Friday and move-out begins right away. West Hall exhibitors must be out by noon Sunday and South Hall by noon Monday, so crews and cases keep leaving through the weekend.
Booth cases and suitcases ride in the same SUV.
From MCO to the right IAAPA building
The Convention Center is about 13 miles from MCO, usually 25 to 35 minutes without traffic, and longer at rush hour or in high season. The show floor opens at 10 a.m. Tuesday to Thursday and closes at 6 p.m. (4 p.m. on Friday). Allow extra time at the curb around those hours.
The official IAAPA hotel shuttles do not pick up or drop off at the North Building. If your meeting is there, a private car is the direct route. Tell us your building and we confirm the drop-off point before you travel, and our Convention Center guide shows the entrances.
IAAPA week, day by day

Education, November 16 to 19
Sessions run at the Convention Center while the floor is still being set up. Short rides between the hotel and the South Building add up over four days.
Show floor, November 17 to 20
Open 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Tuesday to Thursday and 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Friday. Booths must be staffed.
Move-out, November 20 to 23
