Where SCOPE Summit 2027 happens
SCOPE Summit 2027 runs March 1 to 4 at Rosen Shingle Creek, 9939 Universal Boulevard. It is the conference's 18th year, and the organizer reports more than 5,000 clinical research professionals from over 1,200 organizations, 38 conference tracks and an exhibit hall of 325 or more companies. The program opens on Monday with a golf tournament, the opening keynote and a reception.
How SCOPE week moves
Two hotels, two plans
The organizer's room block is at Rosen Shingle Creek, with limited availability, and at the Universal Stella Nova Resort on Epic Boulevard, where it runs shuttle buses to the venue. We drive you from MCO to either one.
Monday is a full day
Pre-conference events on Monday include the golf tournament, the opening keynote with the Site Innovation Awards and Participant Engagement Award, and an opening reception. Arriving Sunday night or early Monday keeps you in time.
Decision-makers on a tight schedule
The organizer reports that 62 percent of attendees hold key decision-making roles. A fixed pickup time and a driver who tracks your flight keep a day of meetings on schedule.

From MCO to Rosen Shingle Creek
Rosen Shingle Creek is about 11 miles from MCO, usually 25 to 35 minutes without traffic, and longer at rush hour or in high season. Your chauffeur meets you in baggage claim with a name sign, or at the arrivals curb if you tell us in the booking notes.
If you are staying at the Universal Stella Nova Resort at 4500 Epic Boulevard, we take you straight there. The organizer runs shuttle buses from that hotel to the venue, and a private car lets you leave on your own timing. Our Rosen Shingle Creek guide shows the entrances.
SCOPE week, day by day
Monday, March 1
Golf, the opening keynote with the awards, and the opening reception. Allow for the morning tee times and an evening ride back to your hotel.
Tuesday and Wednesday, March 2 and 3
Conference tracks and the exhibit hall. The organizer has not posted hall hours yet, so we confirm them closer to the date.
Thursday, March 4
The last day. Book the airport ride after your final session, and we track the flight.
Evenings
Book a chauffeur by the hour, with a 3-hour minimum, for dinners off the property. Your driver waits and brings you back.
