Where the NADA Show 2027 happens
The NADA Show runs February 17 to 20, 2027. The expo is Thursday to Saturday in the West Concourse of the Orange County Convention Center, 9800 International Drive, and education begins Wednesday. Main Stage doors open at 8:30 a.m. each morning, and the whole show closes at 1:30 p.m. on Saturday.
What dealer groups should plan for
Wednesday night at Epic Universe
The Welcome Reception on Wednesday is at Universal Epic Universe from 7 to 11 p.m. That is a ride from International Drive and back, and late returns are easier with a driver who waits.
Franchise meetings fill afternoons
Brand meetings run in the afternoon on several days, for example 3 to 4:15 p.m. on Thursday. Dealer principals often split between meetings and the expo floor.
Saturday is a half day
The expo closes at 12:30 p.m. Saturday and the show at 1:30 p.m. A flight that evening works, and an early afternoon flight is tight.

From MCO to the West Concourse
The Convention Center is about 13 miles from MCO, usually 25 to 35 minutes without traffic, and longer at rush hour or in high season. Education starts Wednesday, so plan arrivals for Tuesday or Wednesday. We plan pickups by flight and brand team.
The Main Stage opens its doors at 8:30 a.m., so plan the morning drop-off before then. Tell us your hotel and first session, and we confirm the drop-off point before you travel. Our Convention Center guide shows the West Concourse entrances.

Wednesday, February 17
Education and franchise meetings begin, and the Welcome Reception at Epic Universe runs 7 to 11 p.m.
Thursday, February 18
Main Stage 8:45 a.m., expo 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Several franchise meetings run at 3 and 4 p.m.
Friday, February 19
Expo 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. The incoming chair's address and the Dealer of the Year are on the Main Stage.
Saturday, February 20
Expo closes at 12:30 p.m., a Super Session runs at noon, and the show closes at 1:30 p.m. Book the ride to MCO for mid-afternoon.
