Where MRO Americas 2027 happens
MRO Americas returns to the Orange County Convention Center from April 13 to 15, 2027. The exhibit hall is open 9 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday and Wednesday and 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Thursday. Badge pickup opens Monday, April 12. The organizer cites more than 19,000 attendees and over 1,000 exhibitors.
What aviation teams plan for
Thursday closes at 1 p.m.
With the hall closing at 1 p.m. on the last day, many people fly out Thursday afternoon. Book the airport ride for the time you leave the hall, not the time you would like to land.
Buyers from many countries
The organizer lists more than 90 countries, so international arrivals and customs time at MCO are part of the plan. We track your flight and the pickup moves with it.
Badge pickup the day before
Registration opens Monday, April 12, 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. Arriving Monday saves a queue on the first morning.

From MCO to the Convention Center
The Convention Center is about 13 miles from MCO, usually 25 to 35 minutes without traffic, and longer at rush hour or in high season. Teams travelling together can share one vehicle per group, which keeps everyone on the same schedule.
