Where NPE2027 happens
NPE2027 runs May 3 to 7 at the Orange County Convention Center. The exhibits fill both the West and South halls, open 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday to Thursday and 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Friday. Badge pickup is in West Lobby A, West Lobby D and the South Concourse. The organizer expects more than 51,000 attendees and 2,200 exhibitors.

The largest crowd of the year
With more than a million square feet of exhibit space and tens of thousands of attendees, allow extra time at the curb. A booked car with a named drop-off saves the search.
Opening party at Pointe Orlando
Monday night's party is at Live! at Pointe Orlando, 9101 International Drive, from 7 to 10 p.m. It is close to the Convention Center, and the ride back is the part worth planning.
Sessions in Spanish
NPE lists Spanish-language education for Latin American attendees on Tuesday in room W314A. Our Spanish-speaking support helps the same visitors with the ride.

From MCO to the West and South halls
The Convention Center is about 13 miles from MCO, usually 25 to 35 minutes without traffic, and longer at rush hour or in high season. NPE uses two buildings, so tell us whether your booth or first session is in the West or the South.
Registration is in three places, West Lobby A, West Lobby D and the South Concourse, and we confirm the drop-off door before you travel. Our Convention Center guide shows the entrances. Teams with samples or booth materials can ride with them in the same vehicle.

Monday, May 3
Exhibit halls open 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. and registration opens at 7:30 a.m. The opening party is that night at Pointe Orlando.
Tuesday, May 4
Exhibits 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., and a Women in Plastics Breakfast starts the day at 7:15 a.m. in the West Building.
Wednesday and Thursday, May 5 and 6
Exhibits 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Thursday evening the organizer lists community dinner tables at restaurants around Orlando.
Friday, May 7
Exhibit halls open 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Book the ride to MCO for the afternoon.
