Where SAP Sapphire 2027 happens
SAP Sapphire & ASUG Annual Conference returns to the Orange County Convention Center on May 24 to 26, 2027, Monday to Wednesday. SAP has not published the 2027 halls yet. In 2026 the conference used the North and South Concourse, with registration on Level 2 of the South Concourse, and we will confirm the right door once SAP announces its layout. The 2026 program had keynotes from SAP's CEO and executive sessions for CFOs and CIOs, so the rides here are built around meetings.
How SAP Sapphire week works for executives
Badge pickup at the airport
In 2026 SAP ran badge pickup at MCO baggage claim on the Sunday and Monday before the show, then moved registration to the South Concourse. If the same plan holds in 2027, you collect your badge and your chauffeur is waiting right there.
A big show spread over many hotels
SAP books a room block across several hotels. In 2026 the official list included the Castle Hotel, a Courtyard on International Drive and a DoubleTree near the theme parks, with free shuttles to the Convention Center for hotels beyond walking distance. A private car goes to your own hotel on your own timing, with no stops.
One driver for the whole day
Keynotes and customer meetings start early and dinners run late. Book a chauffeur by the hour so one car and one driver stay with you through the day, and add the airport rides to the same booking.
Your bags ride with you, door to door.
From MCO to the Convention Center
The Convention Center is about 13 miles from MCO, usually 25 to 35 minutes without traffic, and longer at rush hour or in high season. With attendance in the tens of thousands, arrivals bunch up on the same two days, so we track every flight and move the pickup with it.
Your chauffeur meets you at baggage claim with a name sign, or at the arrivals curb if you prefer. For executives on private aircraft we also pick up at Orlando Executive Airport. In 2026 parking at the Convention Center was first come, first served at $20 plus tax, so arriving by car service skips it. Our Convention Center guide shows the entrances.
SAP Sapphire week, day by day
Sunday, May 23
In 2026 SAP opened badge pickup at the airport on the Sunday before the show. Early arrivals can collect a badge on the way out of baggage claim.
Monday, May 24
Day one. The 2026 edition opened with SAP's global keynote, so plan the first drop-off with time to spare.
Tuesday, May 25
Customer and line-of-business sessions filled the second day in 2026. Meetings and dinners tend to run late, which is where an hourly chauffeur helps.
Wednesday, May 26
The last day. Book the airport ride after your final session, and we track the flight.
